Child Safety Standards

Roadrunners club standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in the Roadrunners member application.

Scope and commitment

The club Roadrunners Car Club (hereinafter the “club” or “we”) operates the Roadrunners member application — the web version at app.roadrunners.cz as well as the versions distributed via Google Play and the App Store.

We maintain zero tolerance towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and towards any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to all content and communication in the application — feed posts, photographs, polls, chat messages and profile information.

Prohibited conduct

The following in particular is strictly prohibited in the application:

  • creating, uploading, sharing or soliciting any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including drawn or AI-generated material,
  • the sexualisation of minors in any form — content, comments and private messages alike,
  • establishing contact with minors for the purpose of sexual abuse (grooming) and any attempts at sexual extortion (sextortion),
  • child trafficking or the sexual exploitation of children and any promotion of such conduct.

Who may use the application

The application is intended exclusively for adult club members. Membership arises on the basis of an application, a personal interview and approval; persons under 16 years of age cannot become members and the application is not intended for them.

Reporting and enforcement

  • In-app reporting: every member profile can be reported directly in the application (the flag icon in the member detail). Objectionable content or conduct can also be reported at any time by e-mail at info@roadrunners.cz.
  • Review and removal: we review every report. Content violating these standards is removed without delay, and the offending user’s account and club membership are immediately and permanently terminated.
  • Cooperation with authorities: we report identified CSAM and cases of child abuse to the Police of the Czech Republic and, where applicable, to other competent authorities and organisations (e.g. NCMEC), and provide them with the necessary cooperation.

Legal compliance

We comply with the laws of the Czech Republic and the EU in the field of child protection, in particular the Criminal Code (Act No. 40/2009 Coll.) and EU regulations and directives concerning the fight against child sexual abuse, as well as the requirements of the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.

Child safety point of contact

The point of contact for child safety matters and reports under these standards is the club operator: info@roadrunners.cz. We handle reports without undue delay.

Summary

Roadrunners Car Club maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) across the Roadrunners member application. The app is restricted to vetted adult club members. Users can report abusive content or behaviour directly in the app (member report flag) or via info@roadrunners.cz. Reported content is reviewed promptly; violating content is removed, offending accounts are permanently banned, and confirmed CSAM is reported to the Czech Police and other relevant authorities (e.g. NCMEC). We comply with applicable child safety laws, including Czech and EU legislation, and with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy. Child safety point of contact: info@roadrunners.cz.
